Most people think nutrition is about willpower. At BTX, we know it’s about biochemistry.
Clinical nutrition takes a medical grade approach to what you eat, analysing your body composition, metabolic rate, hormonal environment, and lifestyle to build a nutrition protocol that works with your biology, not against it. This isn’t a meal plan. It’s a system.

Nutrition
Clinical nutrition is the application of evidence based nutritional science to support health outcomes, performance, and body composition. Unlike generic diet advice, clinical nutrition considers your individual physiology, including blood markers, body composition data (via InBody 770 scanning), activity levels, and health history.
At BTX, clinical nutrition is led by James Cooper, a Clinical Nutritionist educated at King’s College London with a specialist focus on performance optimisation through tailored diet and supplementation strategies.
The BTX method
Every client at BTX begins with a thorough assessment. We use InBody 770 body composition scanning to establish your baseline, understanding your fat mass, lean muscle mass, visceral fat rating, and metabolic rate before prescribing anything.
From there, we build a nutrition framework around your goals, your schedule, your food culture, and your body’s actual needs. We track, adjust, and rescan every 4 to 6 weeks so we’re always working with current data, not assumptions.

Nutrition
Clinical nutrition at BTX works particularly well for clients who:
Why BTX?
Lasting change needs a programme, not drop in workouts. Everything at BTX is built around your data, your schedule and a coach who is with you for every rep.
How it works
15 minutes with a BTX coach to talk through your training history, health, goals and schedule. No sales pressure.
Your InBody 770 scan measures body fat, skeletal muscle and metabolic rate, alongside a full movement assessment.
Periodised training and realistic nutrition, with a rescan every 4 weeks, so progress is measured, not guessed.

FAQ
Still unsure if BTX is right for you? Ask us directly. We reply fast on WhatsApp.
Training at BTX is priced as a membership, not per session, because lasting results need a programme rather than drop in workouts. We match the plan to your goals on your free strategy call. Most clients train 2 to 4 sessions a week.
Most clients see measurable changes in body composition within 4 to 6 weeks of following their programme consistently. We check it with an InBody 770 rescan every 4 weeks.
No. We don’t prescribe restrictive meal plans. Your nutrition is built around your lifestyle, food preferences and schedule, so it lasts beyond the 12 weeks.
We regularly work with clients managing type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis, high blood pressure and recovery after surgery, following NHS physical activity guidance. We liaise with your GP or specialist where appropriate.
